Rankings in the database

Vendors in the database are listed under one of the following categories:

0     no waste ~ ALL edible
1     reusable
2     worm farm
3     domestic compost
4     industrial compost

7     recyclable (plastics grades 1 ~ 7), glass
8     biodegradable
9     landfill

Only foodies with a grade of 4 or better are considered for events

What's wrong with 'biodegradable'?

The term 'biodegradable' can be (and is!) used by 'green-washing' manufacturers to describe stuff that takes a gazillion years to break down... in landfills
